Short description of ongoing research projects
My current research projects are focused on epigenetic regulation of innate immune memory. I am also interested in studying epigenetic regulation of phenotype switching in monocytes/macrophages and smooth muscle cells. We are also studying cross talk between different innate immune cells like monocytes/macrophages and neutrophils and their role in development of atherosclerosis.
