Epigenetic properties of plant telomeres (structure of telomeric chromatin in epigenetically modulated plants and calli), novel methods for detection of methylation of plant telomeric cytosines, role of telomeres in chromosome stability, mechanisms involved in developmental regulation of plant telomerase, proteins associated with plant telomeres.
